New faces at Dyn-Optics

Dyn-Optics is pleased to announce the transfer of the Model 590 Optical Monitor and the Model 955 Fire Finder II product lines to new ownership and management effective January 1, 2007.

Dyn-Optics introduced the Thin Film Optical Monitor, beginning with the original Model 570 three decades ago, and has upgraded to the current Model 590.  The optical monitor’s reliability is described as “bullet proof”, with a reputation of being the “eyes” of the optical coating industry.

The Model 955 Fire Finder II, an infrared heat sensor used to locate fires and hot spots, has been provided to the fire protection industry in the US and overseas for over 25 years.  The current patented Fire Finder II has evolved from the original plastic housing design into a small, rugged aluminum configuration with added features such as a complete self-test, help-wanted alarm, and easily accessible AA batteries.

The Model 590 Optical Monitor, peripheral equipment and the Model 955 Fire Finder II will continue to be offered and fully supported under the name Dyn-Optics.  As of January 1st, 2007 any new inquiries for the Optical Monitor or Fire Finder II should be directed to Dyn-Optics, attention Steve Rotyliano at telephone number: (973) 944-3996, FAX: 949-581-8468, or email info@dynoptics.com.

The Dyn-Optics Model 262 Reflectometer and various transmissometers for the converting or continuous coating industry are still available for purchase from Dyn-Optics. In addition, the product lines are being offered for sale to interested parties. Please contact Joseph F. Hall, Jr. at telephone number:  949-716-1872, FAX: 949-716-1948, or email dyn-optics@cox.net for additional information.

"It has been our pleasure working with and serving the many distinguished companies of the coating and fire fighting industries.  We are grateful for your loyal support over the years and feel confident you will continue to be well served by the new owner.

    Very truly yours,

    Joseph F. Hall, Jr."
